Who is Jeremy Jackson?

Jeremy Jackson – Team Orlando Strength training

Jeremy was born in Buffalo, NY and grew up in Bradenton, Florida. Jeremy graduated from Manatee High School (Bradenton, Fl) where he played football, ran track and also participated in high school weightlifting (Bench Press and Clean and Jerk). Jeremy was a 3-time state qualifier in high school weightlifting at Manatee High School.

Jeremy completed his studies to be a Physical Therapist Assistant at the State College of Florida before becoming a certified personal trainer, which he has been a certified personal trainer for since 2000.

Jeremy began coaching Olympic-style weightlifting in 2013 and currently competes as 67kg / 73kg lifter as well. He has worked with high school sports such as weightlifting, volleyball, and multiple football program since 2014.

Sports Performance Experience:

Jeremy works with everyone from 8-year-old soccer players to high school athletes in multiple sports to collegiate scholarships athletes participate various sports including: soccer, lacrosse, rugby and football. He has trained NFL running backs working exclusively on power and explosion.

Other experiences: Jeremy also works with 80-year-old grandparents! Even has successfully worked with clients who have MS, rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes.

  • National Academy of Sport Medicine – Fitness Nutrition Specialist
  • TRX – Functional Training Course Certified
  • CPR / AED certified
